ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPIES OF
FOREIGN PROBATE TO RECORD
This cause, having come on before me upon the petition
of :i. K. FEARING, JR., MOLLIE A. FEARING, and W. B. FEARING, II
for an order of summary administration of the estate of GRIZELLE
IK. FEARING, deceased, to be issued, and this Court finding
attached to said petition and by reference made thereof a duly
authenticated transcript of the appropriate portion of domiciliary
proceedings pursuant to Rule 5.470, Florida Rules of Probate and
Guardianship Procedure, based upon said petition and transcript,
4 the Court finds: The decedent, GRIZELLE M. FEARING, died on
I4arch 23, 1977, and that the authenticated transcript of the
appropriate portions of domiciliary proceedings are accepted
~ for filing in the court, it is therefor
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated transcript
of appropriate portions including the will of the domiciliary
proceedings held in Dare County, North Carolina, be and is
hereby admitted to probate and record. ,
