7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be distri-
buted or disposed of as follows:
To OPAL ALLEN, surviving spouse and sole
beneficiary:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 146, LAKEWOOD PARK
UNIT 11, according to the Plat thereof
on file in Plat Book lI, pages 32A-32D, '
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will probated
in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Butler County, Ohio,
which Will complies with §732.502(1) and §732,502(2), Florida Statutes,
accompanies this Petition, together with authenticated copies of the
domiciliary probate proceedings.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will
be admitted to probate and that an Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief:
