I, JOE ALLEN, of. the City of Middletown, in
the County of Butler and State of Ohio, being of full
age and of sound and .disposing-mind and memory, and '
under no restraint or undue influence and cognizant
of the brevity of t?~is n+ortal life, do make, ordain
and declare this to he my Last Will and Testament,
revoking and making null and void all other wills,
testaments and codicils by me heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct that all of my just debts c
and f uneral expenses be paid as soon after ~y decease
as can conveniently be done by my personal represents-
tive hereinafter named. s

ITEM III: SlioulJ my wife, OPAL ALLEN, precede
me in death, either actually or in contemplation of law,
or should we pass from this present life in any manner
such that the order of our deaths cannot be ascertained,
in such event, I give all my property after payment of
my just debts /to n?y son, KENNETH JOE ALLEN, absolutely
and in fee simple.
ITEM IV: I nominate and appoint my wife, OPAL
ALLEN, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testa -
ment, hereby empowering her in the settlement of my sstate
to compound, compromise and adjust any and all liabilities
due to or from my estate and to sell at public or private j
j sale the whole or any part of my real or personal pr ~perty
at such prices and upon such terms as she may deem r•~st
and without any order ~f court therefor and to exect.te any
' and all instrumen~s of conveyance necessary or convEnient
to carry out fully the: powers herein conferred; no pur-
chaser from my E:ticctitrix need see to the application. of

acquittance theretur.
I direct that no bond shall be required of my
