COPY OF WILL TO PROBATE
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of JOE ALLEN, deceased, having
been admitted to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas,
Probate Division, Butler County, Ohio, and no objection having been
made to its probate, and the Court finding that the Will complies with
§732.502(1) and §732.502(2), Florida Statutes, and the Court finding
that the decedent died on July 25, 1978, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last
Will and~Testament of JOE ALLEN, deceased, bearing date November 17,
19b5, together with the authenticated copies of the domiciliary pro-
ceedings in Butler County, Ohio, are admitted to probate according to
law. •
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
