the Estate of JOE ALLEN, deceased, the Court finding that the decedent ~
died on the-25th day of July, 1978; that the Petitioner is the only
interested person; that the material allegations of the Petition are
true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, t

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and
empowered to comply with this Order by. paying, delivering, and trans-
ferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's Estate
