I, PAUL J. JACQUIN, of St. Lucie County, Florida
being of sound mind and memory, do hereby revoke any and all
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me, and do make, pub-
lisp and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

and costs of administration be paid out of the principal of
my estate.

I give, devise and bequeath, absolutely and forever,
all of the rest and residue of my property, real, personal

I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, DECOKES :AWRY
- JACQUIN, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, she to
serve without the necessity of giving bond,` conditioned upon
the faithful performances of her duties as set forth herein.
