die with me in a co;mnon accident or disaster, or under such
circumstances as may make it impossible or difficult to
determine which of us died first, or within sixty (60) days
after my death, I direct that my wife shall be conclusively
deemed not to have survived me.
V.
In .he event that my wife, DECOKES MARY JACQUIN, .
shall predecease me or shall be deemed not to have survived
me in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph IV (four)
all of the property of all kinds, wherever situated, belonging
to me at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath
to LAVINA COGGINS and ALINE JACQUIN, whom I hereby nominate
and appoint as Trustees, to be held in Trust upon the terms
an~~ conditions hereinafter provided.
(1) My estate shall be divided into as many equal
shares as there shallbe children of mine living at my death,
each of such shares to be held in a separate Trust for the.
purposes hereinafter set forth
(a) The Trustees shall pay to each child or for
his ben?f it , f ro-n the income of principal of the Trust , such
sum or sums as the Trustees shall deem necessary or proper
to provide for his or her suitable support and maintenance,
adding any unused income to the principal at the end of the
year.
(b) In the event of any emergency, the Trustees ,
