- VI.
In the investment, administration, and distribution
of my estate and of the Trust hereby created, the Executrix
and the Trustees may perform every act in the management of
my estate or of the Trust which individuals may perform in
the management of like property owned by them free of any
Trust, without authorization of any Court, even though any
such act would not be authorized or appropriate for fiduciaries
under any statutory or other rule of law, including in this
grant power: to acquire by purchase or otherwise and to
retain, temporarily or permanently, any and all kinds of
realty ~r personalty, even common stocks and unsecured ob-
ligations, without diversification as to kind or amount, to

sell or otherwise dispose of any such property, publicly or
i
privately, wliolely or partly on credit; I further expressly
confer upon my Executrix or Trustees the authority to borrow '
money for the use of my said estate or the Trust created here-
in in any instance where they may think it necessary and proper,
and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form
of security this they may do without the Order of any Court.
VII.
In the event that my wife shall predecease me, or
for any reason whatsoever shall fail to qualify as Executrix,
then, and in that event, I hereby nominate and appoint my
sister, LAVINA. CO~~GINS, Executrix of this my Last Will and
