I hereby nominate and appoint LAVINA COGGINS and i
ALINE JACQUIN, Trustees of the Trust hereunder. I direct
that none of these individuals shall be required to file a
' bond or other security in any jurisdiction for the faithful
performances of their duties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this my Last Will and Testament, after signing each
preceding page for identification, all at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this day of May A. D. 1962.
