- v W I, PAUL J. JACQUIN, a resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, do make,

~ publish and declare this to be the first codicil to my Last Wili and
Testament executed by me on May 10th, 1962, in the presence of Audrey
2. Haskell, Janet E. Felix and Elsie M. O~Laughtin.
• WHEREAS, I am desirous of appointing a new alternate executor of
my estate, I hereby constitute and appoint my son, PAUL EDWARD JACQUIN
and my daughter, BARBARA ANN JACQUIN as Alternate Co-Executors of my
estate to serve without bond, with the same powers and duties as sat
forth in my Last Wi11 and Testament.
I hereby nominate and appoint my son, PAUL EDWARO JACQUIN and
my daughter, BARBARA ANN JACQUIN, as Co-Trustees of~the Trust provided
in my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond.
I also republish all the terms of my said will not in conflict
wi th this coda ci 1.
