ITEM EIGHTEEN i
Bequests set forth in paragraphs three through sixteen, in-
clusive above, total Seventy-eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00).
If my cash on hand at my death, exclusive of other assets, should
not be the total sum of Seventy-eigbh Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00),
I direct that said bequests contained in paragraphs three through
sixteen, above, be paid ratably in proporation with the net amount
actually on hand. If said cash should exceed said total sum of
Seventy-eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00), I direct that any sum in
excess of said amount be considered as part of the residue of my Es-
tate, and pass accordingly.
In regard to the sale oP my land and buildings, I direct that
said sale be either private or public, and that the sale be iQade by
~ Executors at the time and upon the terms to be ddcided by ~ said
Executors in their sole discretion, or they may agree on the division
of the property as agreed between them. _
- ITEM NINETEEN
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint HELEN HOLTON ANDERSON
_and HENRY G. ANDERSON, to be Executors under this my Last Will and
Testament, and I specifically direct that no bonds or security what-
ever be given by or required of them, or either of them, for the faith-
ful performance of their duties as such, any law or statute to the
contrary notwithstanding. I hereby give said Executors full power
to sell and dispose of any and all of my Estate in accordance with
the terms of this instrument, and to makers execute and deliver such
bills of sale, deeds, or other instruments which may be necessary or
beneficial in connection with, and to perform any other or further
acts as may be necessary to carry out the terms of this my Last Will
and Testament.
