The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the
sole .beneficiaries under the decedent's will. Their names and
addresses are as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address
of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ROSE V. JOSEPH, whose last known address was
I03 B Lakes End Drive, Fort Pierce, FL, died on August 13, 1979,
at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So-far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors are:
