7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as
follows:
WALTER JOSEPH, SR., 103 B Lakes End Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
March 11, 1978, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida~Statutes. Petitioners request
that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and- an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribution
of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set
forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
Under penalties~of perjury we declare that we have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
