WILLIAM LAWRENCE MOODY, SR.
I, WILLIAM LAWRENCE MOODY, SR., a citizen and resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby revoke and annul any and all wills and codicils thereto
by me at any time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument. to be my Last Will and Testament.

I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses
~ and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable after

my death.

~ I direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell all the rest,
~ residue and remainder of my estate of whatever location or descrip-
~ tion, both real and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of

WILLIAM LAWRENCE MOODY, JR. of Covington, Georgia.
MARIE ANTONETTE MARTIN of Griffin, Georgia.
TANITA THOMAS of Miami, Florida.
NARNA GENOVA DENNIS of Hollywood, Florida.

I hereby name, constitute and appoint RICHARD D. SNEED, JR.,
the personal representative of this my Last Will and Testament. I
