personal representative shall not be required to post bond or
other security for the faithful performance of his or her duties
hereunder.
IV.
I hereby give and grant unto my personal representative or any
substitute or successor personal representative, full right and power
to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge
and lease all or any portion of any property, whether real, personal
or mixed, tangible or intangible, wherever situated, of which I may
die seized or possessed, and I further give and grant to my personal
representative or any substitute or successor personal representative
the right to otherwise dispose of the assets of my estate at public
or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as she or he may
see fit, and the further right to make, execute and deliver any and
all contracts, options, deeds or other instruments carrying out the
authority herein given as she or he may deem necessary or proper for
the convenient and advantageous management and settlement of my
f estate, and she or he may make distribution either in cash or in
kind, without regard for any law or statute limiting the powers of
P personal representatives.
~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said WILLIAM LAWRENCE MOODY, SR.,
have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal to this, my Last Will
and Testament, consisting of this and one preceding page, along
the margin of which other page I have placed my signature this 18th
day of November A.D., 1977.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, declared and pub-
lished by WILLIAM LAWRENCE MOODY, SR., as and for his Last Will and
Testament in the presence of us, the undersigned, who at his special
_ instance and request, do attest as witnesses, after said Testator
has signed his name thereto, and in his presence and in the presence
of each other.
