PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
This cause-coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Judgment and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall have and
recover from Defendant the sum of $26,581.92 plus its costs to
be taxed. by special order of the court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court
reserves ruling on the Motion for Summary Judgment in regard
to the imposition of equitable liens on the real and personal
property described in the Complaint and the Defendant shall
have ten (IO) days to file a Memorandum of Law in regard to
same.
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Indian River County,
