WHEREAS, HOLIDAY PINES, a Florida General Partnership ,mortgagor ,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of December , A.D. 1978 ,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie ,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 301 ,Page 2006 ,mortgaged unto
GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION, a New York Corporation and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
TWO PIILLION STX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND ANll NO/100----------------- Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned: TOGETHER WITH Assignment of Rents given by Floliday Pines,
a Florida General Partnership, to General Electric Credit Corporation, dated Documbe 28,
1978, in 0. R. Book 301, page 2017, and Financing Statement dated December 28, 1978,
in 0. R. Book 301, page 2022, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
AND WHEREAS, the said Holiday Pines, a Florida General Partnership has
requested the said General Electric Credit Corporation to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
