right-of-way is conveyed and released;

sand,~and gravel for the purpose of excavating, widening,
deepening and otherwise•rectifying the storm sewer system;
5.~ Install, maintain or remove landscaping or other" ~

environmental improvements;
6. Make all necessary earth fills; and
• - ~ ~7 . Locate- afr -rel'ocate --existing drainage pipes or
.-structures on Grantors': land lying outside such right-of-way,

provided that after such fill and location or relocation is
completed, such lands will be left in neat and orderly condition.
