That BROWN BROTHERS I~ARRIMAN & CO., a New York partnership
having an office at 59 Wall Street, New York, New York 10005,
party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration, received
from or on behalf of DOMINION HOLDINGS, INC., a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and suc-
cessor in interest to LUCIE PROPERTIES, INC.', a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of '
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer ana seL
over unto the said party of the second part a certain mort-
gage bearing the date the 26th day of August A.D. 1974 made -
by Queens Cove Properties, Inc., in favor of Lucie Properties
Inc., a Florida corporation and recorded in Official Records
Book 231, page 2589, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of
land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
"Real Property as described in said mortgage."
Said mortgage was duly assigned by Lucie Proper-
ties, Inc. to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. dated September
~1 ~ 1975, and recorded in Official Records Book 243, page
2850 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mort-
gage, and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with
interest from the j ~ date of _l 1979.
