AFFIDAVIT AND
MEMORANDUM OF PARTNERSHIP
Before me on this date came GARY R. COWELL, who, being duly
sworn, deposes and says
1. That on May 17, 1974, Warren Cowell and I were the only
partners in an entity doing business under the name of PORT ST.
LUCIE BUILDERS, a general Florida partnership;
2. That this general partnership, PORT ST. LUCIE BUILDERS,
continued in existence as a general Florida partnership through
October 18, 1974, with no change in its membership or composition;
3. That between May 17, 1974, and October 18, 1974, there s
was no agreement existing between the partners in PORT ST. LUCIE -
BUILDERS restricting their rights to convey real property owned
by the partnership.
