Before me on this date came WARREN COWELL, who, being du]y
sworn, deposes and says:
1. That on May 17, 1974, Gary R. Cowell and I were the only

partners in an entity doing business under the name of PORT ST.
LUCIE BUILDERS, a general Florida partnership;

2. That this general partnership, PORT ST. LUCIE BUILDERS,
.continued in existence as a general Florida partnership through
October 18, 1974, with no change in its membership or composition;

3. That between May 17, 1974, and October i8, 1974, there
was no agreement existing between the partners in PORT ST. LUCIE
BUILDERS restricting their rights to convey real property owned
by the partnership. i
