SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions, protective covenants
and dedications for canals, ditches, dikes and roads., as set
forth in the instruments identified in this deed. _
TOGETHER WITH:
1. That certain easement from Sybil Levita Culverhouse,
as Trustee under-the last will and testament of B.A. Brown,
deceased, et al, dated June 6, 1966, recorded in O.R. Book 147,
page 350, public records of St. Lucie County; and
2. All grove equipment, including pumps and irrigation
equipment, situate on the above described property.
3. All right, title and interest of. the Grantor in and to
the Reservoir Parcel delineated on the Plat of Bel-Air Groves.
