~~tnesseth: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of E 10.00 and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee. all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida. viz:
Blocks 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, of the plat of BEL-P.IR GROVES,
as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 11, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions, protective covenants and
dedications for canals, ditches, dikes and roads, as set forth
in the instruments identified in this deed.
TOGETHER WITH:
1. That certain easement from Sybil Levita Culverhouse,
as Trustee under the last will and testament of B. A. Arown, deceased,
et al, dated June 6, 1966, recorder' in O. R. Book 147, page 350,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
2. All grove equipment, including pumps and irrigation
equipment, situate on the above described property.
3. A11 rig}it, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the
Reservoir Parcel delineated on the Plat of Bel-Air Groves.
