PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED r
T:~IS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED, made the n% day of -
November, 1979, by SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Anci lary Personal
Representative of the Estate of Fred M. Karger, deceased, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to DANFORTH K. RICHARDSON, MARJORIE H. RICHARDSON,
GEORGE A. KAHLE, SANDRA R. KAHLE, JOHN M. LUTHER, NANCY R. LUTHER,
SUSAN K. RICHARDSON, WILLIAM E. HARRIS, TOMAS RENE PEREZ and EDWARD W.
EASTON, all d/b/a WESTWOOD GROVES JOINT VENTURE, having mailing
address of P. O. Box 370, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter
called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH;
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,-remises, releases, conveys and
confirms unto the Grantees all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Blocks 43, 44 and 95, of BEL-AIR GROVES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 11
of the public records of St. Lucie County., Florida.
TOGETHER WITH:
1. That certain easement from Sybii Levita Culverhouse
as Trustee under the last will and testament of B. A. Brown,
deceased, et al, dated June 6, 1966, recorded in O. R. Book
147, page 350, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
2. All grove equipment, including pumps and irrigation equipment,
situate on the above described property.
3. All right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to _
the Reservoir Parcel delineated on the Plat of Bel-Air Groves.
4. All of the rights of the grantor arising from the instruments
recorded in Deed Book 143, page 79; Deed Book 256, page 116;
O. R. Book 18, page 241; O. R. Book 72, page 656; O. R. Book 99,
page 392; O. R. Book I04, page 458; O. R. Book 149, page 22;
O. R. Book 161, page 217; and O. R. Book 171, page 2434,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions, protective covenants
and dedications for canals, ditches, dikes and roads, as set
forth in the instruments identified in this deed.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this .deed the day
and year first above written.
