~.tiitnesseth: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of s 10.00 and other
va[rrnble considerations, receipt whereof is he>reby ocknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases. conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County. Florida, viz:
Blocks 49 SO 51 58 F, 59 , of the plat of BEL-AIR
GROVES, as recor ed in Plat Book 14, page 11, public-records
of St. Lucie -County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions, protective covenants
and dedications for canals, ditches, dikes and roads,, as set
forth in the instruments identified in this deed.

1. That certain easement from Sybil Levita Culverhouse,
as Trustee under the last will and testament of B.A. Brown,
deceased, et al, dated June 6, 1966, recorded in O.R. Book 147,
page 350, public records of St. Lucie County; and
2. All grove equipment, including pumps and irrigation
equipment, situate on the above described property.
3. All right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to
the Reservoir Parcel delineated on the Plat of Bel-Air Groves.
