KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by WILLIE PAUL CARNELL and
JOY M. CARNELL, his wife
dated Mdy 2 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. LUCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 286 on page
912 , securinct the payment of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100

covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
