LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTINUED
SUBJECT T0: the right of ingress and egress to the lands herein
conveyed over the South 25 feet of the North 26 feet of the South
126 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 23, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, as shown in that certain Warranty Deed, dated December
20, 1956, and filed of record December 21, 1956, in Deed Book 222,
Page 317 of St. Lucie County, Florida; which the said grantees
in unison with the other lot owners, agrees to maintain said pri-
vate roadways over which the easement is granted.
