ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of JACQUELINE INIG~JEZ for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of Rogino C. Iniguez,
coming on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court
that said person is incompetent because of arteriosclerotic -
cerebral vascular disease , CL'Pi, ana r_ygertens ion , and that

it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the court
having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is

ADJUDGED that JACQUELINE INIGUEZ is hereby appointed
as guardian of the person and property of Rogino C. Iniguez,
incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said JACQUELINE INIGUEZ is
required to file a bond in the amount of $ - ~
payable to the Governor of the State of Florida and to his
successors in office, conditioned on the faithful performance
of all duties by the guardian, according to law.
