RELEASE OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
RELATING T0:
Lots 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37,
38, 39 and 40, VIKINGS LOOKOUT,
PHASE I, according to the Plat }
thereof recorded in Plat Book
19, Page Z, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records.
THIS RELEASE OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, Made as of the
date set forth hereinbelow by VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida

after referred to as the "Developer";
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner in fee simple of the
title to the above described lands and has undertaken by contract
to sell the same to SOIN N.V., a Netherlands Antilles corporation;
and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the aforesaid contract
is that the Developer release Article IV S. of the .Declaration of
Protective Covenants filed with regard to said Vikings Lookout,
.Phase I, and recorded in Official Records Rook 294, Page 2320, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, by virtue of Article IV 6. of said
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, expressly reserved the right,
for itself, its successors or assigns, to release by sealed instru-
ment any of the covenants or limitations contained in said Declaration
of Protective Covenants with respect to any one or .more of the parcels
of land covered thereby; and
WHEREAS, the Developer now desires to release and exempt
the above described lands irrevocably from the effect and operation
of said Article IV S. of the aforesaid Declaration of Protective
Covenants;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and in
order to induce SOIN, N.V., a Netherlands Antilles corporation, to
