purchase the lands first above described, the Developer does hereby
forever release and discharge that certain covenant, restriction
or limitation set forth in Article IV 5. of the Declaration of
Protective Covenants Covering All of Jikings Lookout, Phase I, as
recorded in Official Records Book 294, Page 2320, et seq. St. Lucie {
County, Florida, public records, as the same relates to Lots 32,
33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40, Vikings Lookout, Phase I, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 2, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, as re-recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 20, 21A
and 20B, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Victor Georgeff, as President, and
Virginia Georgeff, as Secretary, of VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC., a

Florida corporation, have set their hands and affixed the seal of

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer
duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledg-
ments, personally appeared VICTOR GEORGEFF and VIRGINIA GEORGEFF, well
known to me to be the President and Secretary respectively of VICTORY

acknowledged executing the foregoing Release of Restrictive Covenants
in the presence of two subscribing witnesses, freely and voluntarily
