and neorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St.Lueie ,
State of Florida, in OFfieia) Records Book 3 0 3 , page 10 91 ,mortgaged unto AMERICAN
BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY, and ~g~,
mortgages ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 --($280,000.00) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. , ha s
requested the said AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY,
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($97,200.00)dollars, to it
paid by the said VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. ,
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the Tien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. , heirs and assigns.
all that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lots 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40, VIKINGS LOOKOUT,
PHASE I, according to the amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 19, Page 5, and according to amended Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 19, Page 20, both St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records. -

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said P
VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. , heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and d"u~dlarged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shah in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or inwm-
brance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the kidder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized, this day of N A.D. 19 79.
