AGREED ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on on the Motion to Designate Specialty;
the Motion to Compel a Response to the Defendant CASSIMALLY's
Request for Production; Claimants' Objections to Interrogatories
Propounded by Defendant CASSIMALLY; and Motion to Extend Time for
Medical Mediation Hearing, and the parties having no objections
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The medical specialty oz file wCUll:iti u,~u
panel at the Final Mediation Hearing shall be a general surgeon.
2. The Motion to Extend the Time for the Medical
Mediation Hearing is granted. The time is extended until six (6)
months from the date of filing, i.e., March 17, 1980.
3. The Defendant CASSIMALLY's Motion to Compel a
Response to the Request to Produce is granted. The Claimant shall
comply with the Request to Produce within ten (10) days from the
date of this order.
4, The Claimants' Objections to the Defendant CASSIMALLY's
Interrogatories are withdrawn. The Claimant shall answer said
Interrogatories within ten (10) days from the date of this order.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucy County Courthouse
in Stuart, Florida this day of 1979.
