RESOLUTION NO. 79-100
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 2nd day of March, 1979 filed a lien
against any property owned by LESTER RICHARDSON, 510 N. 16th
Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida in the amount of $358.00, said lien
being recorded in OR Book 304 at page 8S1 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida and
WHEREAS, said Lien has been paid in full and should be discharged
and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this
6th day of November, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
