SATISFACTION OF LIEN
RESOLUTION NO. 79-99
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws
of Florida, 1965, on the 26th day of June, 1979 filed a lien
against any property owned by JIMMIE GORDON, 1423 Avenue K, Fort
Pierce, Florida in the amount of $1,611.00, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 311 at page 916 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida and
WHEREAS, said Lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this
6th day of November, 1979 that sand Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien-and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
