THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 2nd day of October,
1979, upon the Plaintiff's Motion For Attorney's Fees And To Amend
Caption and for Trial, and the Court having received into evidence
the Acknowledgement Of Debt And Stipulation, and the Court having ,

received expert testimony as to reasonable attorney's fees, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: ~ ~
1. That the Plaintiff's Motion For Attorney's Fees And To
Amend Caption, be, and are hereby ordered granted and the names of the
Defendants in this action, be, and are hereby ordered amended to read
HENRY A. SPEARS and PATRICIA PRINCE SPEARS.
2. That the Plaintiff, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney At Law,
Chartered, be, and is hereby ordered awarded reasonable attorney's
f~.s ~n the sum of $250.00.
3. That the Plaintiff, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney At Law,
Chartered, recover from the Defendants, HENRY A. SPEARS and PATRICIA

PRINCE SPEARS, the sum of $1,431.20 with Plaintiff's costs in the sum
of $33.00 and reasonable attorney's fees in the amount aforesaid of
$250.00, for all of which let execution issue.
