DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a

Lucie County, Florida and has placed certain Covenants and Restric-
tions of record to benefit, burden and run with the aforesaid lands,
which Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions is recorded in
Official Record Book 241, page 485, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCIiINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
now wishes to amend said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
as hereinafter set forth which amendments:
(a) shall apply to all lands to which said
covenants and Restrictions are made applicable
AFTER the date upon which this Amendment is
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and

(b) were duly adopted at a special meeting of
~ the directors of the Ocean Village Property
Owners' Association, Inc. held on October 22,
1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions recorded in Official Record Book 241, .page 485,
- Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, are amended as
follows:
