CORRECTED FINAL JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the Verdict rendered in this action is it
ad~udgec that Plaintiff, WILLIAM R. TEDDER, recover from the Defendant ,
MILTON H. DAVIS and AETNA CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY, the sum of
$187,500.00 and that Plaintiff, DEBORAH TEDDER, recover from the
Defendants, MILTON H. DAVIS and AETNA CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY, the
sum of $62,500.00. Plaintiffs' costs are to be taxed by separate orde
of the Court. It is further
ADJUDGED that Final Judgment be and hereby is entered in favo
of the Defendant, MIKE HILL, and against the Plaintiffs, WILLIAM R.
TEDDER and DEBORAH TEDDER, his wife, and that Plaintiffs take nothing
from Defendant, MIKE HILL, by this action.
