AFFIDAVIT

Before me, a notary public, duly authorized to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments, appeared V. V. BOWMAN, JR., who under oath
deposes and says:
1. That he has previously owned real property in the County

Lot 8, Block 345, Section 25,
PORT ST. LUCIE, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Pages 32 and
32A through 32I, inclusive,
Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That at all times when he owned said property, and upon
conveyance of the property in his name individually and
as V. V. Bowman, Jr., Trustee, the property was vacant,
and not the homestead property of V. V. Bowman, Jr.,
and that he had full right and interest in the aforesaid
property to convey it on his own behalf and as Trustee.
