RECEIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND
ACCEPTANCE HY GRANTEES
Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt
acknowledges that this purchase is subject to, in every respect, the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 313, pages 2307 -
2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Grantees
further acknowledge receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, together .with its 8xhibits and acknowledges that the
terms thereof are in the best interests and for the benefit of all
the owners in said Complex.
Grantees agree to abide by each and every provision of said
Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and confirms all the
terms thereof.
Grantees confirm that all warranties, representations and
inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or
_ guarantee is made or intended to be. made or relied upon except where
the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid

Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
