At ao time shall wheeled vehioles, folding lawn chairs, trash containers,
garden tools., eto., be peraitted to be plaoed in tycont entrances. Prudent
fire and pl>Tysical hazard prinoiples, as determined by the Board of Direotoas
and in aocordance with insurance provisions, oust be followed at all times.
The Board will consider granting approval of items that enhanoe and beautit~
the appearanoe of hwnt entranceways, based on the written consent of the
nei8hbor sharing the entrsnoava3r and agreement of the person(s) receiving
the approval, to conditions established by the Board.

the buildings without the prior written oonsent of the Board of Direotors.

4. TsASH-I8 PUBLIC ARIAS
All garbage and refuse from the apaactsienfs shall be planed in plastic bags
or other proper containers (not paper) and be planed on the grass adjacent -
to the road on the designated days for trash collections, and so as not to
interfere with delivery of mail.-Trash and garbage containers must not be
left in or oa ar~r of the common elements, except as stated above.
5 • NUISAH~CI~
No apartment artner or lessee shall make or permit aqy unnecessary disturb-
ing noises in the building, by himself, his family, servants, employees,
agents, visitors and licensees, nor do or permit at~?thing by such persona
that will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other
apartment owners.
6• PARS
Only those passenger automobiles owned or operated by apartment owners or
lessees, their eaplayees or favitees shall be permitted to be parked in the
parking facilities within the condoainium property.
8o commercial vehicle, recreation vehicle, van, trailer or boat of a~ kind
shall park or be parked at any time on the condominium property, unless such
a vehicle is in the process of being loaded or mnlosded.
Special airouastances requiring permission to park for longer than normal
periods, other than for loading or unloading, or in the event of traaeport-
ation of handicapped persons may be obtained SS~om the Board of Directors,
with approval prior to such need:
No repairs of vehicles, other than emergency, shall be mode on the condo-
minium pzpperty.
