The Board o! Directors till consider approval o! the use o! laundry roues
for purposes other than ~rsshing and drying of clothes with the agreeaent
and approval o! all lour owers or lessees of the building. Storage of
laundry necessities, garden tools, etc., for the mutual nss of the resid-
ents gill be approved then adequate shelves, nobs, hangers, etc., ere
provided by the residents at their ezpense.
Garden fertilizers, potting soils, sto., in ainiaal gnaatities, must be
kept in containers that prohibit leaMng or dispersal of contests over the
floor.
Laundry roues moat not be need for storage of bicycles, tricycles, actor,
cycles, ~o•-pads, etc. , or large hon8ehold iteaa such as fern lt~ucnitm~e,
Damping equips~ent and articles of lice nature. The use of laundry equipw
sent by other thsu residents or lessees or their house guests is forbidden.
Residents are ezpeoted to keep law~dry roues neat and clean. Positively no
outdoor clothes lines or clothes drying is peraitted. Prudent fire and
plLyeical hazard principles, as deterained by the Board o! Directors and in
aooordanoe with insurance provisions, suet be lolloved at ell tines.
