AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 15' ALLEY RUNNING NORTH
8 SOUTH, LYING ADJACENT ON THE WESa i3 LOTS 2 TH°v:;uH
9, BLOCK 1, ALAMANDA VISTA S/D; 8 LYING ADJACENT ON
THE EAST TO LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, BLOCK 8, FLORIANA PARK
S/D; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
the fifteen foot alley running north and south, lying adjacent on the
west to Lots 2 through 9, Inclusive, Block 1, Alamanda Vista Subdivi-
sion, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 49, of the public records. of
St. Lucie County, Florida; and lying adjacent on the east to Lots
1 through 8, inclusive Block 8, Floriana Park Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 7, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, shall be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a
public alley.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon final
passage .

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing and
above Ordinance No. H-74 was duly advertised by title only in the Fort
Pierce News Tribune on the 18th day of June, 1979; was duly introduced,
read and passed on first reading by title only by the City Commission
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 18th day of June, 1979;
copy of said Ordinance was made available at the office of the City
Clerk to the public upon request during the time between the first
and second readings of the Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on
second and final reading by title only on the 2nd day of July, 1979,
by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affix the
Official Seal of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, this the 2nd day G~-
