ORDINANCE N0. H-81
AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 12 FOOT
ALLEY LYING BETWEEN AND ADJACENT
TO LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, ON THE EAST
AND LOT S ON THE WEST AND A 12 FOOT
ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO
LOTS 5, 6, 7, AND 8, ALL IN BLOCK 2,
REVISED MAP OF FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. From and after the effective date hereof, the
City of Fort Pierce hereby abandons that certain 12 foot alley
more particularly described as follows:
Parcel l: A 12 foot alley lying between
and adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, on
the East and-Lot 5 on the West, Block 2,
REVISED MAP OF FORT PIERCE BEACH, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 1
29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Parcel 2: A 12 foot alley lying South of
and adjacent to Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block
2, REVISED MAP OF FORT PIERCE BEACH, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, i
page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
~ conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be and become effective
s upon final passage.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the
foregoing and above Ordinance No. H-81 was duly advertised by
title only in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 10th day of Sep-
tember, 1979; was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading
by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the ^
20th day of August, 1979; copy of said Ordinance was made avail- ice;.
able at the office of the City Clerk to the public upon request
during the time between the first and second reading of the
