the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 10E, lOF and lOG of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
EMENDING no Wore than 20 feet beyond the nev right of v~yr line for State
Road 9(I-95) as located in Parcel No. 1$3.1, Pro3ect Section 94001-2412. .
For the purppse of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways '
walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the
Department of Transports±~~~ of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEN~ENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping anc~/or grading
upon the above 1-and shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and
thct all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural
improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed
in such manner that existino structural improvements will not be damaged.
ihis EASEh1ENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
said road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
