For the purprse of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways
halkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the
department of Transportation~of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEh~ENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
uacn the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and
;,hct all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural
i;~provements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed

This EASEt~SENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
