plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 10E, lOF and lOG of the Public
Records of St. Lucie Couaty, Florida:
Lying right of and Southerly of Station 755+00.00.

Road 9(I-95) as located in Parcel No. 161.1, Pro3ect Section 901-2412.
For the purppse of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways
walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the
Department of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and-/or grading
upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and
that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural
improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed
in such Wanner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of~the
said road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
