of Plaintiff and Stipulation filed herein, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
- That ~;efendant, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, transfer Certificate of Deposit No. 3499826 and all accrued interest
thereon, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE Passbook
Savings Account No. 3499778, and al] accrued interest thereon, into the name of
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, the Plaintiff herein.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ay of November, A.D.,
