hereof on record in plat book_8, page ~2, of the public records of

IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT
(1) The Mortgagor herein shall make within 15-days of the due
date the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE.
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein will at L-he:.request of the MORTGAGEE
HEREIN acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided '
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage.
