THIS INDENTURE, executed the 7th day of November ,
19 79 between Jackie Caynon
as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Carrie B. Johnson deceased, Party of the First Part, and
Curtis E. Jo nson
Party of the Second Part, whose address is:
1501 North 21st St., Fort Pierce, Florida
WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order
of the Circuit Court for St. Luci~? County, Florida,-dated
Auril 17, 1979 and pursuant to power of sale contained
in the Will of the above named decedent, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des-
cribed as:
That parcel of ground located in St. Lucie County, Florida, being a
part of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying east of North
13th Street, described as follows:
A parcel bounded on the West by the 13th Street right of way and _
extending therefrom approximately 60 feet east, and bounded on the
South by the right of way of Avenue E, and on the North by the right
of way of Avenue F.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
~ Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the or-
tiers of the above named Court and the laws of Florida have been fol-
lowed and complied with in all respects.
