Seller hereby agrees to sell and Purchaser(s) jointly
and severally purchase(s) and agree(s) to pay for, upon the terms
and conditions hereinafter. set forth, the goods described in the
Schedule attached hereto, complete with all attachments and accessories
(hereinafter collectively called the 'Equipmen~'), upon the terms
and conditions set forth in this contract.
Total Cash Purchase Price $ 34,299.46
Deduct Cash Down Payment, receipt of which $ 5,144.92
is hereby acknowledged
Unpaid Balance $ 29,159.54

CONSUMER CREDIT DISCLOSURE
A: The Unpaid Balance in the amount of $ 28,154.54 •
will be paid as provided for herein. Purchaser will obligate hi:nseli
to pay said principal amount plus interest at the rate of fifteen
15~per cent per annum, in 18 monthly instalments of principal and
interest of $ 1,812.04 beginning on the Isth day of November
1979 , and due on the 15th day of each month thereafter until paid in
full.

D: In the event of late payment of 5 days, a late
charge equivalent to 5 ~ of the instalment due must be paid by Purchaser
to Seller.
E. Purchaser may prepay the Unpaid Balance in whole or
in part at any time without penalty. Provided however that any partia?
payment must be in an amount not less than the total monthly payment
and must be made on the regular scheduled monthly payment date. If
purchaser prepays the Note, he will not be entitled to any rebate of
the finance charge paid to date.
F. In the event Purchaser shall be in default uncer
tiie terms of this contract, Seller may accelerate the entire Unpaid
Balance then ourstanding.
